ARC/PARTIAL DISCHARGE SIGNAL DETECTION APPARATUS CAPABLE OF DETECTING AN ARC SIGNAL TOGETHER WITH A PARTIAL DISCHARGE SIGNAL

PURPOSE: An arc/partial discharge signal detection apparatus is provided to integrate an arc detection system and partial discharge detection system, thereby enabling a user to analyze two kinds of signals.;CONSTITUTION: An arc/partial discharge detection apparatus comprises an arc detection system(AS) and a partial discharge detection system(PS). The arc detection system detects an arc signal from a distribution board. The partial discharge detection system detects a partial discharge signal from the distribution board. The arc detection system is comprised of an optical sensor and an arc management part. The optical sensor senses light created in the distribution board. The arc management part determines an arc signal generation state within the distribution board based on a detection result from the optical sensor.
