摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing crystalline zeolite of high silicon-aluminum ratio and the crystalline zeolite manufactured by the same are provided to improve the crystal shape and the uniformity of the crystalline zeolite and to prevent the coagulation of zeolite particles. CONSTITUTION: Tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide(TPAOH), water, and tetraethyl ortho-silicate(TEOS) are mixed and hydrothermal reacted to obtain silicalite nano-sol. Sodium hydroxide is dissolved in water and is uniformly mixed. Fumed silica sol and aluminum hydroxide are added and mixed with the mixture to obtain a mixed solution. The silicalite nano-sol is added into the mixed solution as a seed and a mixing process is implemented to obtain a reaction solution(S30). The reaction solution is hydrothermally synthesized at a temperature between 50 and 250 degrees Celsius to obtain crystalline zeolite(S40).
