PURPOSE: The band rejection filter of a CRLH(Composite Right/Left Handed) structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to greatly control a size for the filter consisting of a micro strip by using a micro strip line and a lumped element together.;CONSTITUTION: The band rejection filter(10) of a CRLH structure comprises a substrate(BD), a micro strip line, a RHM(Right Handed Material) area, and a LHM(Left Handed Material) area. The substrate comprises a micro strip line, a first stub, a second stub, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first power supply terminal, and a second power supply terminal in one side. The rest structure except for the micro strip line, the first stub, and the second stub, which are designed by a micro strip, is formed by etching in a substrate. The micro strip line is formed in the one side of the substrate.
