CRANE, FOR INSTALLING BRIDGE, AND GIRDER INSTALLATION METHOD USING THE SAME, WHICH CAN PREVENT FORWARD INCLINATION OF CRANE

PURPOSE: A crane, for installing bridge, and a girder installation method using the same are provide to improve work stability and to enable an operator to work status through a distal monitor of a control box.;CONSTITUTION: A crane, for installing bridge comprises a pair of crane girders, a plurality of legs, a fixing member, a plurality of trolleys(140), a hydraulic winch, a hydraulic cylinder clamp(160), a hydraulic unit(190), and a control box(200). A plurality of legs is fixed on a crane girder in a vertical direction. The fixing member is installed on the bottom part of the leg. The fixing member fixes the crane on a pier or girder. Trolleys are carried on the rail on the crane girder. A pulley(170) of trolley ascends and descends the girder. A plurality of hydraulic winches ascends and descends the pulley. The hydraulic cylinder clamp moves the pulley on the rail of the crane girder. The solenoid valve of the hydraulic unit drives the hydraulic winch and hydraulic cylinder clamp. The control box controls opening and closing operation of the solenoid valve of the hydraulic winch and hydraulic cylinder clamp.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
