COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING EXTRACTS OF CULTURED WILD GINSENG ROOT ENCAPSULATED IN LIPOSOME AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing culture wild ginseng root extract captured in a liposome is provided to prevent cell damage due to environmental stresses. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin condition contains 0.01-20 wt% of cultured wild ginseng root extract as an active ingredient. The wild ginseng root extract is prepared by isolating wild ginseng adventitious roots cultured in a medium containing stevia extract and capturing in a liposome. The extract is isolated suing water, anhydrous or hydrous alcohol of 1-3 carbon atoms, ethyl acetate, 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol, or mixture thereof. The extract contains ginsenoside Rg2 ingredient.
