摘要

PURPOSE: A data transmission circuit and an integrated circuit including the same are provided to drive a pre-emphasis with a preset angle by controlling the impedance value of a pre-emphasis driver through a calibration code.;CONSTITUTION: A calibration unit(410) generates a calibration code by reflecting condition variation of an inner integrated circuit. A main driver(420) drives data with impedance value controlled by the calibration code. A pre-emphasis driver unit(430) pre-emphasis drives an output node with impedance value controlled by the calibration code. The pre-emphasis driver unit uses a partial code value of an upper bit among the entire code value of the calibration code.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
