PURPOSE: A monitoring device for vehicle is provided to secure a stable view filed by exposing a in-vehicle camera to outside by moving a rod.;CONSTITUTION: A monitoring device comprises an actuating unit(10), a rod(20), a power transmission assembly(30), a camera assembly(40), and a position sensor(60). The actuating unit generates power. The rod reciprocates between starting and finishing points. The power transmission assembly transfers the power to the rod.
