摘要

PURPOSE: A novel soil microorganism and oxidoreductase isolated from the microorganism are provided to ensure saccharide decomposition of natural products and to obtain various flavonoid aglycons. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing flavonoid aglycons comprises a step of using Rhizobium sp. GIN611(KCTC11708BP) or cell extract thereof. The strain is isolated from soil. The flavonoid aglycon is prepared using Rhizobium sp. GIN611-derived oxidoreductase as a biocatalyst. The flavonoid aglycons are prepared by decomposing saccharides from flavonoid glycoside.
