PURPOSE: An advanced nitrogen and phosphorus treating apparatus based on natural ecology filtration and suction is provided to maximize the treating efficiency of wastewater and sewage and to actively respond to a pollution modifying field. CONSTITUTION: An inlet pipe(100) introduces primarily treating water from the lower side of a reacting bath(1000). The primarily treating water upwardly flows by a perforated plate(200) with a plurality of pores. Sludge is dropped by the perforated plate. A porous filtering media(300) precipitates floating materials from the primarily treating water n the upper side of the perforated plate and ecologically treats nitrogen and phosphorus contained in the floating materials. Hydrophytes float on the upper side of the treating water from the filtering layer of the porous filtering media and digests remaining phosphorus. A weir(500) is formed at the center of a treating apparatus to discharge treated water through the hydrophytes. A discharging pipe(900) discharges treated water from the weir.
