PURPOSE: A medical imaging processing method, an apparatus thereof, and a medical imaging system employing the same are provided to correct parameters of an input subject by tracing a location which is most adjacent to error data within a normal range, thereby precisely acquiring the thickness of a predetermined material which comprises the input subject.;CONSTITUTION: A correction model generation part(110) generates a correction model with an intensity-target data set. An input parameter generation part(130) creates parameters of an input subject from a dual energy radiation image acquired with respect to the input subject. A target estimation part(150) estimates a target corresponding to each intensity combination by correcting the parameters of the input subject. A display part(170) three-dimensionally displays thickness information of the estimated target through correction.
