PURPOSE: A chucking device of CNC(Computer Numerical Control) lathe and CNC lathe having the same is provided to product components with a high circularity by using advantages of a scroll chuck while an original function of the CNC lathe is not reduced.;CONSTITUTION: A chucking device of CNC lathe comprises a scroll chuck(100), an adjusting shaft, a shaft mounting body(300), first and second acturators(400,500). The scroll chuck is connected to a main spindle of the CNC lathe and rotated not to be negatively influenced to circularity of work pieces. The scroll chuck comprises a plurality of jaws(120) on the outer circumference and jig holes(110) on a front surface. The jig holes are located on the vertical axis of the main spindle. The shaft mounting body is located on the top of the scroll chuck and moved up and down. The first actuator transfers the shaft mounting body. The adjusting shaft is arranged rotatably and coaxially with jig holes on the shaft mounting body. The second actuator offers torque to the adjusting shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
