SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING BAG FILTER OF DUST COLLECTOR USING POWER LINE COMMUNICATION

摘要

PURPOSE: An intelligent remote controlling system for bag filters of a dust collector by using PLC is provided to remotely identify the current status information of bag filters of dust collectors on a web-basis in real time without respect to location or time. CONSTITUTION: A differential pressure measuring device is installed in each bag filter(100) of a plurality of dust collectors placed in industries. A bag filter control server(200) is connected to the differential pressure measuring device by PLC for two-way communications. The bag filter control server is connected to the differential pressure measuring device by PLC modem. A remote client unit(300) is connected to the bag filter control server by Internet.
