PURPOSE: A composition for inhibiting denaturation of fats and fatty oils into peroxide lipid is provided to suppress denaturation of fats and fatty oils contained in a cosmetic product. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inhibiting denaturation of fats and fatty oils into peroxide lipid contains 0.3-0.5 wt% of superoxide dismutase, 0.5-1.0 wt% of peptide hydrolase, 0.5-1.0 wt% of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone as an UV protecting agent, 4-6 wt% of vitamin E tocopherol as an emulsion, 3-5 wt% of sun flower oil emulsion; 7-10 wt% of carrageenan + agar as a gel, 0.5-1.0 wt% of dibenzylidene sorbitol as a hardening agent, 0.3-1.0 wt% of sorbitol monostearate PEO(20) as a surfactant, and 77-85 wt% of water.
