摘要

PURPOSE: A ladle preheating system is provided to maintain the uniform inside temperature of a ladle by heating ceramic heating element by operating magnetron using the electrical energy saved in a battery of a power source.;CONSTITUTION: A ladle preheating system comprises a magnetron(4), a power source(41), a ceramic heating element(7), a temperature sensor(5) and a controller(51). The magnetron is installed in the lower side of a ladle cover(6). The power source is connected to the magnetron as electric signals in order to venerate microwave. The ceramic heating element is fixed to the ladle cover and is expanded within ladle as the bottom side. The temperature sensor is installed in the ladle cover in order to measure the ladle inner temperature. The controller receives the ladle inner temperature signal from the temperature sensor. The controller controls the power source so that the ladle inside can be controlled by the preset temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
