PURPOSE: A content display device and a method thereof through designated website are provided to recognize the location of a mouse pointer and to expose content from a web page.;CONSTITUTION: A database of an operation server(100) matches designated website, webpage information, and advertisement content and stores the matched information. A user terminal(300) includes a user program which is supplied from the operation server.
