摘要

PURPOSE: An optical polyester film is provided to control refraction ratio by using the blending of polymers, of which refraction ratio is different each other, in primer layer, to have excellent optical properties, and to increase adhesion after post processing.;CONSTITUTION: An optical polyester film comprises: a transparent polyester base material film, which has the thickness of 50-500 micron, and is elongated to at least one axis; and a primer layer as a polymer adhesive layer spread on at least one side of the base material film. The primer layer comprises a water-dispersible polyurethane based resin as a binder. The polyurethane based resin is blended by polymerization of an acrylic polymer and a polyethylene naphthalate. According to the mole fraction of the acrylic polymer and the polyethylene naphthalate, refraction index is controlled.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
