PURPOSE: A meditation guidance system equipped with lens is provided to emit soft light through a lens, thereby enabling a user to focus on meditation.;CONSTITUTION: A meditation guidance system equipped with lens comprises: frames(20) which have a upper side, a lower side and an internal space; a hole which is located in the center; a flat patterned installation plate(50) which is formed in order for a user to meditate as sit; an illuminator which a user can control intensity of the illumination while meditating; a far infrared rays heater for emitting heat to user; and a crystalline lens(80) located in the center of the installation plate for transferring heat from the far infrared rays heater to the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
