PURPOSE: A web service providing device using one-time secure token is provided to prevent exposure to the outside of user information by user authentication using secure token.;CONSTITUTION: A first terminal(101) provides a website list for arrangement of a site field with connection to site list request. The first terminal transmits site information, user information, or a web service providing device(105) to a web service providing device(105) using a secure token. The first terminal receives the secure token as the response about the token request from the web service providing device using the secure token. A second terminal(103) receives a web page requesting the input of the secure token from a web server(107).
