PURPOSE: A reverse circulation drill method using a prefabricated caisson and a jacket is provided to reduce resistance to stress and differential settlement using a pile foundation. CONSTITUTION: A reverse circulation drill method using a prefabricated caisson and a jacket is as follows. A concrete structure of a prefabricated caisson(10) is put into a sea bottom. The inner part of the prefabricated caisson is dredged using a clamshell bucket and a sand pump. A jacket(15) having a guide steel pipe(33) is installed in the dredged part, and underwater concrete is placed.
