PURPOSE: A distributed scheduling method in a wireless mesh network based on OFDMA and a device thereof are provided to use a frame with a structure which can access resources by a sub channel.;CONSTITUTION: A transceiving unit(810) transmits or receives a distributed scheduling message through a sub channel of a distributed scheduling sub frame of a data frame. A controller(820) generates a distributed scheduling message to be transmitted. The controller processes the received distributed scheduling message. The distributed scheduling message includes a transmission request message, a transmission approving message, and a transmission confirming message.
