PURPOSE: A delayed release formulation containing antidepressant is provided to safely release duloxetin hydrochloride which is unstable in gastric acid.;CONSTITUTION: A delayed release formulation comprises an inactive core, a drug layer containing duloxetin hydrochloride, a separation layer, and an enteric layer. The enteric layer contains 5-20% of plasticizer. A method for manufacturing the delayed release formulation comprises: a step of preparing the inactive core; a step of applying drug liquid on the inactive core to for the drug layer; a step of applying a coating solution to form the separation layer; and a step of applying anenteric coating solution to form the enteric layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
