PURPOSE: An organic Rankine cycle turbo generating system is provided to prevent decrease in the performance of a generator by detecting whether some of working fluid sprayed from a nozzle penetrates the inside of the rotor unit of the generator.;CONSTITUTION: An organic Rankine cycle turbo generating system comprises a nozzle unit(110), a turbine blade unit(120), a turbine housing unit(130), a generator rotor unit(140), a rotating shaft unit(150), a bearing unit(160), a generator housing unit(170), and a working fluid sensor(180). The generator rotor unit receives rotating energy generated while the turbine blade unit rotates, and coverts it to electrical energy. The rotating shaft unit transfers the rotating energy from the turbine blade unit to the generator rotor unit.
