PURPOSE: An air-driven actuator capable of regulating the preload of a spring and measuring the force of the spring is provided to inspect normal/abnormal operating states of a valve by measuring a force generated by a spring in real time.;CONSTITUTION: An air-driven actuator capable of regulating the preload of a spring and measuring the force of the spring comprises a preload control stem(218), a preload control shaft(213), a control shaft upper plate(217), a preload adjusting nut(219), a spring compression disk(201), and a spring(203). The upper part of the preload control shaft contacts the control shaft upper plate and the lower part thereof engages with the spring compression disk. The lower part of the control shaft upper plate is connected to the upper part of the preload control shaft and moves the preload control shaft up and down. The preload adjusting nut is thread-coupled to the preload control stem and moves the control shaft upper plate up and down. The spring compression disk transmits the up-and-down motion of the control shaft to the spring as a tensile force or compressive force.
