PURPOSE: A power supply apparatus for smart LED lighting with embedded functions of setting and automatically controlling bi-directional communication with a preset rule is provided to easily performs maintenance and repair by individually storing a driving history and an obstacle historical content by time. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit unit senses an output voltage of a power supply circuit unit(110) all the time. The control circuit unit is connected to an antenna(120). A power factor improvement circuit unit(140) improves a power factor by changing an input current wave into a sinusoidal wave. A plurality of LEDs is arranged in an LED light emitting area(200). An input terminal in a pulse width modulation circuit unit(130) is connected to a control signal process circuit unit(150).
