PURPOSE: A CSI-RS muting information transmitting device, an apparatus thereof, and a channel state obtaining apparatus using the same are provided to configure muting information for avoiding interference with CSI-RS of an adjacent cell. CONSTITUTION: A specific cell receives the CSI-RS(Channel State Information-Reference Signal) information of an adjacent cell(S1505). The specific cell determines a muting area in a time/frequency domain based on the CSI-RS information of the adjacent cell(S1510). The specific cell generates muting information for indicating the muting area(S1515). The specific cell transmits muting information to the terminal(S1520).
