PURPOSE: A socket door opening and closing device within a test site of a device handler is provided to simplify a structure by loading a device for a test inside a socket and pressing a cover with fixed pressure while closing the cover.;CONSTITUTION: A socket(11) elastically installs a cover(2) which rotates with an axis as the center in a main body(1) by using a torsion spring. A slider(13) is installed in one side of the cover and moves to the socket by a driving means. A pusher(15) is installed in the slider to be possible to rotate with a hinge axis as the center and installs a stopper(15a) in a support step(13a) of the slider. An elastic member(16) is installed between the slider and the pusher and pushes the pusher to an upper direction. A bearing(17) is installed in the leading end of the pusher to be possible to rotate and maintains a state connected to the upper side of the cover.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
