PURPOSE: A control information transmission apparatus in a multiple carrier wave system and a method thereof are provided to establish an inherent offset value between element carrier waves such as a renumbering offset value and a division offset value, thereby preventing a collision of resource indices of an uplink control channel.;CONSTITUTION: A physical downlink control channel(PDCCH) and a physical downlink shared channel(PDSCH) are received from a base station. A physical uplink control channel(PUCCH) for transferring an ACK/NACK(Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledge) signal is arranged in order to display successful or unsuccessful reception of the PDSCH. The ACK/NACK signal is transmitted to the PUCCH. The PUCCH is arranged based on one or more resource indices. The resource indices are determined from an offset value which is inherently established in an element carrier wave which transmits the PDSCH and the PDCCH.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
