SLEEVE BORE GRINDING APPARATUS, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE WORKING EFFICIENCY BY UNIFORMLY AND ACCURATELY GRINDING A SLEEVE BORE

PURPOSE: A sleeve bore grinding apparatus is provided to solve a misalignment in a short time and improve the productivity by improving the uniformity and an accuracy of a grinding.;CONSTITUTION: A sleeve bore grinding apparatus comprises a main support bar(100), first, second, third, and forth guide rolls(110,120,140,160), first and second auxiliary support bars(130,150), and a belt sander(300). The first auxiliary support bar is integrally connected with the main support bar across a part of the main support bar. The first auxiliary support bar is hung on an upper rim of the sleeve. The first auxiliary support bar is integrally connected with the main support bar across a part of the main support bar to an opposite direction of the first auxiliary support bar and hung on an upper rim of the sleeve. The first, second, third, and forth guide rolls are rolling-contacted to a bore of the sleeve. The first and second guide rolls are installed in both longitudinal direction sides of the main support bar. The third and forth guide rolls are respectively fixed to the first and second auxiliary support bars. The belt sander is contacted with the bore of the sleeve to be rotated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
