PURPOSE: A jig for preventing the shuckle pin separation and insertion of a large shuckle for a marine crane is provided to enable a shuckle pin to be fastened and disassembled easily without a change in the structure of the shuckle pin used for fastening and disassembling a large shuckle for a marine crane.;CONSTITUTION: A jig for preventing the shuckle pin separation and insertion of a large shuckle for a marine crane comprises a fastener(200), a screw tap(410), a blocking rod(420), a separation preventing unit(400), an inserting preventing unit, and a rubber band. The fastener is fastened to the screw fastening unit(24) of the shuckle pin(20) of a large shuckle. The screw tap is screwed to one side of the fastener. The blocking rod is extended from the screw tap. The separation preventing unit comprises a stopper(430) and a handle(440). The stopper is formed more largely than the diameter of the insertion hole of the large shuckle, into which the shuckle pin is inserted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
