摘要

PURPOSE: A bypass conductor device for discharging a lightning current of a floating roof type oil storage tank is provided to minimize impedance due to a lightning current in a winder by adopting the winder without a slip ring.;CONSTITUTION: A non slip ring auto winder(1) is fixed to an inner wall(6) of the upper side of a tank with a bolt and a nut(5). A connection terminal(9) of one end of a bypass conductor(7) is connected to a floating roof rim(8) through a connection cable(19). The connection terminal is connected to the floating roof rim with a bolt and a nut(10). A cable rotation guide shaft(20) and a cable guide roller(2) rotate to wind the cable. A floating roof(15) moves downwardly to release the cable. An inner end of the bypass conductor wound around a cable drum(3) is directly fixed to a winder body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
