PURPOSE: A synchronous DC/DC converter of a zero voltage switching mode is provided to reduce rectification loss by using not a diode but a MOSFET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) switch. CONSTITUTION: One end of a chopper switch(110) is connected to one end of a DC input voltage. The chopper switch performs a function of making an input voltage be discontinued. An inverter unit(120) is connected to the other end of the chopper switch and the other end of the input voltage. The inverter unit outputs an AC voltage by switching the input voltage. A transformer(140) transforms the AC voltage. A rectifier(150) is synchronized with the inverter unit to perform a switching operation. The rectifier outputs a DC output voltage by rectifying an output voltage of the transformer. The inverter unit switches the input voltage in an off-state of the chopper switch.
