PURPOSE: Moisture absorbent particles, a composition for organic electroluminescence(EL) getter containing the same, and an organic EL device using the same are provided to prevent the generation of dark spots and the damage of the device.;CONSTITUTION: Moisture absorbent particles(10) include an absorbing agent(1) and polymer resin(2). The polymer resin is continuously or non-continuously formed on the surface of the absorbing agent. The glass transition temperature of the polymer resin is between -60 and 170 degrees Celsius. The polymer resin is the polymer of one or more cross-linking monomers, the polymer of one or more vinyl monomers, and the copolymer of one or more cross-linking monomers and one or more vinyl monomers.
