PURPOSE: Coating material for molten zinc-plated bath member is provided to can be coated at room temperature, without thermal transformation of the member, and to improve the workability of continuous hot molten plating process.;CONSTITUTION: Coating material for molten zinc-plated bath member comprises 40-50 weight% of WC, 20-30 weight% of Cr, 10-20 weight% of Ni, 8-15 weight% of Co, 0.1-5 weight% of Si and 0.1-5 weight% of B. The particle size of the coating composition is 40-100 μm. The coating method of the coating composition for molten zinc-plated bath member comprises: a step of preparing mixed powder; a step of melting the mixed powder, and crushing to the size of 40-100 μm; a step of coating to a molten zinc-plated member at half-melted state by spraying the crushed material at the speed of mach 3-5.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
