CORRUGATED STEEL PLATE TUNNEL WITH STRENGTHENED LOWER SUPPORTING STRUCTURE, CAPABLE OF HAVING A STRONG LOWER PART OF THE CORRUGATED STEEL PLATE TUNNEL

摘要

PURPOSE: A corrugated steel plate tunnel with strengthened lower supporting structure is provided to reduce time for assembling a tunnel structure by improving assembly performance of a unit corrugated steel plate and increase collapse strength of the tunnel structure by preventing damage of shear wedge of the ground.;CONSTITUTION: A corrugated steel plate tunnel with strengthened lower supporting structure is composed as follows. A flange plate of a unit corrugated steel plate is attached with a relative flange plate of adjacent unit corrugated steel pipe. Fastening holes of both attached flange plates are coupled with fastening bolts and nuts for assembly. A fastening member(40) is installed in the upper part of a foundation concrete(30) to be embedded. The fastening member is composed of a L-shaped channel(41) and an anchor bolt(42) which is united to the L shaped channel. The lower part of a tunnel structure(10) is coupled on the L-shaped channel to fix the lower part of the tunnel structure in the foundation concrete.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
