PURPOSE: A maximum power point tracking control method is provided to offer the highest efficiency in output power by offering a trade-off feature between a dynamic phenomenon and a vibration phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: The renewal of variable length operation voltages is determined by probability which is defined by a formula. A solar cell MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) control method is adaptively operated in a variable actual operation environment by using an average derivative control element usage method and a statistical decision making technique.
