摘要

PURPOSE: A frictional resistance testing device of pumping concrete is provided to measure diminishing pressure of concrete by transferring to a test pipe because a pressure gage and a differential pressure gauge are respectively installed in a feeding pipe and transfer pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A frictional resistance testing device(100) of pumping concrete comprises a frame(110), a feeding pipe(120), a test pipe(130), a transfer pipe(140), an anti-vibration module(150), an anti-sagging module(160), and a friction measuring module(170). The feeding pip is fixed in the frame and concrete is supplied. One end part of the test pipe is joined to the feeding pipe by a first sliding member(180) to be slid. The transfer pipe transfers the concrete flowing from the test pipe to outside. The anti-vibration modules are arranged in both sides of the test pipe, thereby preventing the test pipe from shaking to the left and right sides. The anti-sagging module connects the upper part of the case and the test pipe, thereby preventing the test pipe from sagging downward and shaking up and down. The friction measuring module measures the power in which the test pipe moves due to the rubbing with the concrete when the concrete in the test pipe transfers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
