PURPOSE: A laminating inductor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve capability of the inductor by completely secluding magnetic flux of around an internal coil.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of nonmagnetic layers is laminated on a main body(100). A coil part comprises a plurality of conductor patterns and plurality of via electrodes(115, 125, 135, 145). A plurality of magnetic paths(101a, 101b, 101c, 101d) is formed in the inner side of the coil part. The magnetic path comprises magnetic body ceramic. Magnetic flux which is induced in the coil part is focused on the plurality of magnetic paths.
