PURPOSE: A cooling device of a cooling-and-heating dispenser is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by rapidly cooling water drops when little water drops are trickled down a cooling tank of a cooling tank.;CONSTITUTION: A cooling device of a cooling-and-heating dispenser comprises a cooling tank(100), an oil tank(200), a thermo oil(300), a cooling coil(400), a spraying device, and a discharge pipe(600). The oil tank covers the outer circumference of the cooling tank. The oil tank is filled with the thermo oil. The cooling coil is reeled as a coil shape in an inner side of the oil tank and transfers cold air to the thermo oil. The spraying device is arranged in the upper part of the cooling tank, thereby spraying water to a surface of an inner wall. The discharge pipe is installed in the lower part of the cooling tank, thereby discharging the cooled water by spraying.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
