SYNCHRONOUS BOOST CONVERTER CIRCUIT WHICH RESTRICTS SWITCHING VOLTAGE WHEN A POWER INTEGRATED CIRCUIT INCLUDING A POWER SWITCHING DEVICE FOR ACTIVE MATRIX ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE OPERATION IS TURNED OFF
PURPOSE: A synchronous boost converter circuit which restricts switching voltage when a power integrated circuit(IC) for active matrix organic light emitting diode operation is turned off is provided to prevent the destruction of the IC by suppressing an increase in switching voltage of a switching node.;CONSTITUTION: A power source(410) generates input voltage. An inductor(420) generates inductor current. A switching transistor comprises a power switching device and a transmission switching device. A boost controller restricts a radical increase in switching voltage applied to a switching node. A first gate driver(431) controls gate voltage of the power switching device. A second gate driver(432) controls gate voltage of the transmission switching device. A control circuit part(433) supplies a control signal to the first and second gate drivers. The control circuit part restricts the radical increase in the switching voltage using the boost controller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
