CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmentally-friendly and energy-saving composite insulating material is as follows. A mixture is produced by stirring acrylic binder 1-3 weight% with chaff powder 10-12 weight%. The produced mixture is stirred with heptadecane 42-55 weight%, which is a phase change material. The stirred mixture is aged for 24 hours. The aged mixture is stirred with zeolite powder 3 weight%. The stirred mixture is stirred with one or more of quartz, vermiculite, tourmaline, rare-earth, and illite. The stirred mixture is mixed with ceramic inorganic binder 3-5 weight%, hardening agent 1-1.5 weight%, antimicrobial 1 weight%, calcium carbonate 2-3 weight%, and cellulouse 0.3-0.4 weight%. The mixed mixture is aged for 24 hours.
