PURPOSE: A multi-function hat umbrella is provided to improve the convenience of a user by additionally adding a jaw holding unit and a shoulder holding unit.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-function hat umbrella includes a jaw holding unit and a shoulder holding unit. The jaw holding unit is composed of a first jaw holding unit(51) and a second jaw holding unit(52). A side of the first jaw holding unit is held at a fitting unit(30). Other side of the first jaw holding unit includes a protrusion in order to be combined with other velcro. A side of the second jaw holding unit is held at the fitting unit. Other side of the second jaw holding unit includes a loop in order to be combined with the velcro.
