PURPOSE: A milling insert, a milling tool, and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce load and abrasion and increase usable life of milling inserts and cutting edges because chips removing from workpieces with the milling insert are formed thin.;CONSTITUTION: A milling insert includes a first cutting blade(124) which comprises a first cutting blade parts(148) and at least one second cutting blade part(152). At least one second radius(R2) of the second cutting blade part is bigger than a first radius(R1) of the first cutting blade part. At least one second cutting blade is located between the first cutting blade and a center axis line(120). One of the second cutting blades is adjacent to the first cutting blade part and one of the second cutting blades is ended at the center axis line or at a position adjacent to the center axis line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
