PURPOSE: A polymer-siRNA delivery system is provided to ensure siRNA delivery efficiency into a target site in vivo and to treat various diseases. CONSTITUTION: A polymer-siRNA delivery system has a structure(A-B) which is formed by charge interaction and biodegradable covalent bond using polymers(A) and siRNA(B). A is a polymer with positive charge and functional groups. B is siRNA with a functional group at one end or both ends. The polymer is selected among chitosan, glycol chitosan, protamine, polylysine, polyarginine, polyethylenimine, dextran, hyaluronic acid, albumin, or derivative thereof with positive charge.
