PURPOSE: A degassing apparatus and a method for degassing polymer using the same are provided to minimize the viscosity reduction of the polymer and to improve the productivity of the apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: A degassing apparatus includes a tank, a rotary dispersing plate(10), and a vacuum pump(41). The dispersing plate is installed in the tank and disperses polymer in the form of a thin film. The vacuum pump maintains vacuum inside the tank. The degassing apparatus further includes two or more dispersing bars(20). The dispersing bars are installed at the upper side of the dispersing plate. The dispersing bars mix the dispersed polymer.
