PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an ultrahigh performance concrete block for preventing shrinkage strain through match casting is provided to integrally assemble UHPC blocks in a bridge axis direction.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ultrahigh performance concrete block for preventing shrinkage strain through match casting is as follows. Pre-cast UHPC blocks(1a) are located at the inside a high-temperature chamber(20). The shrunk pre-cast UHPC blocks are re-expanded in an original size by increasing the internal temperature of the chamber. Shear keys or insertion grooves are formed on the outer surfaces of the pre-cast UHPC blocks. The outer surfaces of the pre-cast UHPC blocks are exposed to the outside the high-temperature chamber. A form(200) for manufacturing a post-cast UHPC block is adhered to the pre-cast UHPC blocks. The outer surfaces of the pre-cast UHPC blocks close the opened part of the form.
