METHOD AND INTERFACE OF RECOGNIZING USER'S DYNAMIC ORGAN GESTURE CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE HAND GESTURE RECOGNITION SPEED

PURPOSE: A method and interface of recognizing user's dynamic organ gesture is provided to determine the similarity between an HOG descriptor and a query template HOG descriptor.;CONSTITUTION: If a similarity value between HOG(Histograms of Oriented Gradients) descriptors about each division area of a target image and a background image, the division area of the target image is included in a candidate area(ST6,ST7). If the candidate area is detected, the scan about the corresponding candidate area is performed by the window(ST9). If the second similarity value between an HOG descriptor of a query template and the HOG descriptor of the scan area is larger than the second threshold value, a hand gesture is recognized(ST11).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
