PURPOSE: A corrugated steel plate having crossed corrugations is provided to remarkably improve sound insulating properties by increasing the resonant frequency band of an existing corrugated steel plate.;CONSTITUTION: A corrugated steel plate(10) having crossed corrugations comprises corrugations(100) and auxiliary corrugations(200). The corrugations are formed by repetitively arranging ridges(110) and grooves(120) in a direction. The auxiliary corrugations meet at right angles to the corrugations at one surface of the other surface of the corrugated steel plate.
