PURPOSE: A wastewater evaporating and condensing apparatus and a wastewater evaporating and condensing system including the same are provided to increase the rate of condensation based on a bundle shaped condensing pipe and to increase the rate of evaporation based on the curved structure of a diaphragm.;CONSTITUTION: A first containing bath(110) stores wastewater. A blowing unit(170) blows air. A plurality of diaphragms passes the wastewater from the first containing bath. A cylindrical body(120) evaporates moisture from the wastewater. A second containing bath(130) stores wastewater from the cylindrical body. A transferring pump(160) transfers wastewater from the second containing bath through a connecting pipe(140). A plurality of micro-tubes(154) circulates wastewater from the transferring pump. A condensing pipe(150) condenses air containing moisture from the cylindrical body. A third containing bath(180) contains moisture which is condensed from the outer side of the condensing pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
