PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent display device and a sealing thin film is provided to easily deposit an organic film within a short time by applying an electric field to a conductive layer and evaporating an encapsulation thin film through joule heating.;CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(210) of a prescribed thickness is formed on the front side of a transparent insulating substrate(200). A gate electrode(231) is formed in a constant region corresponding to a channel region(221) of a semiconductor layer pattern formed on a gate insulating layer(230). Source/drain regions(220a, 220b) are formed on the semiconductor layer pattern by ion-injecting impurities. A inter-layer insulating film(240) of the prescribed thickness is formed on the upper side of the entire surface. A contact hole exposes the source/drain regions by etching the inter-layer insulating film and the gate insulating layer. Source/drain electrodes(250a, 250b) are connected to the source/drain regions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
