PURPOSE: A world time display device and method which uses a digital device for world time display are provided to establish a home city and to inform of the time of the home city regardless of the region the world time display device shows.;CONSTITUTION: A display panel displays world time for each region. A panel driver controls the driving of the display panel. A user interface part is used to inputs set up information for establishing a display method for the world time. A time information interface part is used to input time information for the world time. A memory part stores time difference information for the set up information and the world time. A controller controls the panel driver so that the world time is displayed in the display panel by using the difference information stored in the memory part. A power supply part respectively supplies a power source to the display panel, the panel driver, the user interface part, the time information interface part, and the controller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
